Admin role licensing over different per-user subscriptions

Hi,
We have ITSM and APM products.
Does the admin user over these 2 products will need to have two licenses (one for ITSM and one for APM) or should we count only one ITSM license ?
Any help appreciated.

Hi,
As per my understanding, The admin role is not charged. Also a role is not charged twice for the same user, for EG, if the same user gets itil from multiple groups, its counted as 1 License only.
However, its always best to direct all license related queries to your ServiceNow Account manager as these things vary from customer to customer.

Hi Rayan,
Single License for Admin account will work for both ITSM & APM products, but related to charges for Admin account better to connect with Account manager.

Hi @Anurag Tripathi , @Arun_Sonkeshari , I just got from support that admin role consumes fulfiller license and that user listed in multiple subscription will be counted toward each subscription.
So finally it seems that we would need several licences for each subscription even if it is only for admin role.

What support is that?
Also, as I mentioned earlier its best that you check this with your ServiceNow Account Manager. The support people will not have visibility to contracts.
