In the Alignment Workspace, free-form roadmaps, in the personalize section there is an option to "color by". The problem is three colors are "green", "red", and "yellow" but the actual colors do not match! I cannot figure out how to change the colors and all the Servicenow demos show the same thing. In other words, I have not seen an example of the words matching the colors. Is this maybe a colorblind setting?
Status = actual color:
In my scenario green = purple, red = yellow, red = yellow.
Thoughts?

Hello @Craig Stremel,
This is a feature that allows you to color-code your roadmap items based on different attributes, su.... However, it seems that the colors that you see do not match the labels that you expect.
There are a few possible reasons why this might happen:
- The color by option is using a custom attribute that has different values than the standard ones. For example, if you have created a custom attribute called “Status” and assigned different values an.... To fix this, you can either edit the custom attribute and change its values and colors to match your expectations, or use a different attribute for the color by option, such as “State” or “Risk”.
- The color by option is using a system attribute that has different values and colors than the standard ones. To fix this, you can either restore the system attribute to its original values and colors, or use a different attribute for the color by option, such as “Status” or “Priority”.
- The color by option is using an attribute that is not applicable to your roadmap items. For example, if you have selected “Owner” as the attribute for the color by option, but your roadmap.... To fix this, you can either assign an owner to each of your roadmap items, or use a different attribute for the color by option, such as “Status” or “State”.
- The color by option is affected by a colorblind setting in your browser or device. For example, if you have enabled a colorblind mode in your browser or device settings, such as prota... To fix this, you can either disable the colorblind mode in your browser or device settings, or use a different attribute for the color by option, such as “Name” or “Type”.
I hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. There is no custom attribute for Status in our system, so that is not a solution. The system attribute points to "these are the colors available" and there are community forums providing similar feedback. We are using "Status" and it does not fix it so that is not a solution. Finally, there are SN articles on how to change colorblind settings within SN, but we tried those as well with no success.
When looking at Status it doesn't even show where to change to those colors just shows the strings.
Thanks anyway
