I've been focusing on the CIS courses, but during my implementations, I feel that there are a bunch of platform features that I am not as familiar with as I could be. I think taking this course will help. I just wanted to get your opinions as well.
Thanks!

ServiceNow Platform Implementation (part of the App Engine or Application Development track) is a strong next step. Consider supplementing with Now Learning micro-courses.

Yes, it is suggested to take the ServiceNow fundamentals course (so called admin course) before taking the CIS ones. It would be easy for you to understand the platform and concepts much better. Also CIS courses are recommended for those who already have a couple of years experience with the platform (not mandatory though).
Accept the solution and mark as helpful if it does, to benefit future readers.

Sumanth

Hi,
I've done the Administration Advanced onDemand course a couple of years back.
It's got some nice pointers and stuff in it, but it's nothing I would pay money to go through.
What is thaught in the course can just as easily be learned by working on the platform for some time, and dive into all the free material on the developer site.
