Approvals not disappearing on the service portal after being approved

Hello Everyone,

 

We have a itil user who is experiencing an issue of approvals not disappearing after they are being approved on the Service portal. The screenshot has been attached.

 

Kindly assist.

@Thato Masingi that's something I don't see so you need to review the reason why this happened.

Check and review these approvals, whether it's 50 approvals in total where somebody took some action (approved x rejected) and the approval from the person who sees only 30 approvals is no longer needed.

 

And also for some other approver, do they see 30, 50 or something else?

This needs to be reviewed to understand what happened and why

so are you saying the count didn't decrease?

Did you check in native view with that approver how many are pending?

Ask that user to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again.
