It depends on the person or users. Training timelines can vary—everyone has their own learning pace. Some may complete it in under 3 months, while others may take longer.

Hi @MalaikaD ,
A per my experience , more you practice on different use cases, you will get confident day by day.
Its depend on person to person ,how much time you are spending on it and what level your interest to learn new things everyday.
Once you work on couple of use cases , if you work as a admin - doing couple of troubleshooting on your own , you can see you have started to feel comfortable.

It depends on the person expernince and time.how you are learning, how much time you are spending for Trainings, Labs—
everyone has their own learning pace. as i started 6 months back. and gettign day by day confident as well as learning alot.
spending like 3-4 hrs per day on servicenow learning portal and trying to learn and achieve path with some lab pratice
Keep trying, if u want to become expert, faith on you and put your hard work here, u will see the change.
