I recently earned my ServiceNow CSA certification and have been building hands-on experience with the platform. I’m curious to hear from others—how long did it take before you felt truly comfortable working in ServiceNow day-to-day?

Was there a specific moment, project, or type of work that helped everything “click” for you?

Hi @MalaikaD ,

A per my experience , more you practice on different use cases, you will get confident day by day.

Its depend on person to person ,how much time you are spending on it and what level your interest to learn new things everyday.

Once you work on couple of use cases , if you work as a admin - doing couple of troubleshooting on your own , you can see  you have started to feel comfortable.
