Need help to validate, trying from past 1 hours, getting an error 'Did you add and post a comment?'
and i also create many incidents and also i canceled incidents

I think the simulator wants you to type in a comment on the record and click on the Post button

Hi, I found a solution that works for me as I too ran into this bug.
You want to post the comment after you have already saved the incident. If you fill out the form completely and submit it, the task will not validate.
It is best to do this on a completely new incident, don't use your old one.
So the steps are:
1. Fill out the form per the instructions up until the public comment
2. Right click the top bar, and save the incident
3. After the incident has been saved, post the public comment (and submit it)
The task should validate now. Hope this helps.
