Complete all required trainings, read ebook 2-3 times proeprly and practica on PDI. If required you can try Quizlets and flashcards (Google for it). These are sufficient.

For any mainline exam in ServiceNow, official ServiceNow training and eBooks (if available) are the best and most reliable sources of truth.
Do not rely blindly on exam dumps, as answers there might be wrong and can cause you to lose confidence during the exam.

To pass on the first try, I rewrite notes in my own words to help memorize and truly understand the concepts rather than just memorizing blindly. I also make flashcards for quick review and active recall, practice regularly with real questions or problems, manage my time well during the exam, and stay calm and confident throughout.
