Hello,
I want to remove one of our fulfillers from ServiceNow. However, after removing all groups, there are still roles left and it's not possible to remove them. I found https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0793546 but it didn't work following that guide either.
How can I remove the roles?
Thank you in advance,
Ulrika

Hello @Ulrika
Yes, "inherited = true" is the reason. So you have two solution for that. First solution is follow the steps mentioned in the below thread -
Second solution is raise HI portal ticket, so ServiceNow support will help you.

Hello @Ulrika ,
Have you tried to remove/delete that record from User Roles [sys_user_has_role_] table as mentioned in the kb article.
What issue you are facing while deleting that record from the table?

Thank you for your reply, I don't have the remove option enabled, it's greyed-out.

Hello @Ulrika ,
I hope you have admin access and you have checked records in the left side check box which you want to remove.

Yes absolutely, I have admin access and the records to remove were checked. All roles are marked as "inherited = true" if that possibly is an issue?
