Case record with 'undefined' sys_id

I have stumbled across a old case record that was created way back in 2019. When I copy the sys_id of the record it shows 'undefined' and I am not able to open the case record as it will just timeout. Why would the sys_id be undefined?

Please get this validated from your Service Desk Team by checking email notifications. Also, you should reach out to ServiceNow Support Team before deleting the record. Based on their suggestion, you can delete.
