How do I generate a report that will show all catalog items that have no or zero usage?

Hello @Jeremyramirez12 ,

In the report filter condition, you can add two condition:
1. Condition: active = true.
2. Related List Condition:
    table:  requested item-> item
    condition: created after last 12 months (time period is depend on your requirement)
