Are there additional licensing costs involved for the following roles:

-  sn_cwm.cwm_user  (owner, editor and viewer)

Took the on demand training:  One thing already jumps out from the course notes: ServiceNow repeatedly uses “CWM licenses”, not merely roles. It mentions that it is recommended to “assign CWM licenses to groups”, immediately followed by assigning sn_cwm.cwm_user; further down it repeats “Assign CWM licenses to groups rather than individuals.” So there is clearly an entitlement/licensing concept behind the role, but the course does not tell us what commercial SKU provides it or whether we're already entitled through something we already own.

Hi @Diane22,

Confirm with your platform owner if you have a SPM Standard/Pro or Advanced/Prime entitlement. If yes, there should be no incremental CWM license cost. If not, confirm with your ServiceNow account team whether you have to purchase standalone CWM Advanced seats.
