Hi, 

Good Evening, 
When I try to register the Provider Register in my Consumer Instance. It is showing the below error in Business Rules,
Please help me out on this.

Do it will effect that one of my Instance have domain separation and other one doesn't.

I have check there is no similar records with same URL on instance. 
And I have tried the same on my other Instance as well there onboarding is working and seamless.
