Hi @nakirekanti
Being a ServiceNow trainer, I am happy to share a few important facts with you.
Having only a CSA certification will not be enough, as you mentioned working in the CMDB domain for five years. That is only one part of this large platform. You need to build a broader portfolio across different areas of ServiceNow.
If you are strong in technical skills, consider moving towards development roles. Start working closely with developers to understand how they approach design, configuration, and implementation. Observing their work will help you understand the “how” and “what” behind solutions.
In addition, expand your knowledge across multiple ServiceNow products such as GRC, SecOps, HRSD, and others, as these are highly in demand in the current market.
Another important point is to build your professional network. Strengthen your connections on LinkedIn and engage with relevant professionals in the ServiceNow ecosystem. You can also join ServiceNow developer meetups, which are one of the best platforms to learn, share knowledge, and build meaningful connections.
Good luck.

Hi @nakirekanti
As you might know. ServiceNow university has plenty of learning available. When that said, you need halve on experience and not only training. So the question is, what is it that you would like to work with/work as, and how do you get Hanne on experience from a company.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
