Hi All
I just booked an exam for the CSA. and I have finished the training last year. and have'nt got any chance to work in servicenow Ecosystem. I have booked an exam, as the voucher is expiring next week. Can anyone please guide me how to prepare for the exam . and after finishing the book . is there any dumps or practice material is available . There are couple of list available on google , so was confused . where should I start .on whom to rely. can anyone please help.

Hello,
Basically I have just joined ServiceNow ecosystem and start my prep for CSA, and when I completed, I also got the voucher for CSA cert.
Well, I'm very confused to know that after a year you didn't get a single job with ServiceNow, should I go with this or just quit this right now and also share your reason to not getting a job?

Hello @poojasardanaa,
I'd recommend sticking to the foundational course; you won't find anything better. Pay close attention to the BOLD sections.
All the questions will be drawn from that course. Apart from that, consistent practice is key.
Refer to this article for how not to fail CSA Exam here.
Regarding practice, you can refer sites like Quizlet and Examtopics.
Although third-party websites like Quizlet and Examtopics exist, they may contain incorrect answers. Therefore, I'd advise focusing on extensive practice and relying on the CSA course.

When I took my CSA exam apart from the Now Learning training the only other video that really helped me maybe even more than the training ServiceNow offers is this 7-hour YouTube video 👇

The video is a year old but trust me the exam content has not changed.
