CSA exam retake registation

I'm trying to register for a CSA exam retake. I went to my webassessor account and can't find a way to do it. When I go to 'Register for an Exam' tab and click 'BUY NOW', my exam won't show up. When I go to 'My Assessments', there's no link to allow me to register for the retake. Can someone show me how I can do it, please?

You need to follow the same process as you did the first time. You can request a retake, but only after a certain time has passed from your major attempt, and there must be a reason. It’s not always automatically possible.

You need to do teh same process what you did first time for claiming the voucher

Log in to Webassessor: 

Access the Webassessor portal to begin the registration process.

Select the CSA Exam: 

Navigate to the exam selection and choose the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam.

Pay for the Retake: 

A voucher is not provided for a retake; you will need to pay the fee (typically $100 USD) to register for the exam.

Complete the Registration: 

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your registration and book your exam slot
