i would also state that you should fokus on the learning material and ebook provided by ServiceNow. This material should be enough to pass the exam.

Best thing is to practice the Quizlet and score as much as you can .This is based on my experience and I did the same once i completed all labs In the final exam also you can expect the similar kind of questions . But the best thing is to read the documentation and e-book as suggested by @Dr Atul G- LNG .
