Hello @ShinsJ ,

Here are some Key Tips :

1) While watching the videos/reading the content pay close attention to the UI aspects of servicenow. Make a mental note of WHAT the person is doing e.g. "Clicking configure and then form layout". UI questions can be tricky and they're 20% of the exam.

2) Do all the simulator tasks in the "Additional resources" part of the on demand course.

3) Take some time and come up with new simulator tasks for yourself. Tasks like "Create a new form for this table" or "Create a new table" just so you can get more hands on experience. And be mindful of every action you do.

4) Take some time to learn database terms and some database admin basics. Learning outside of the course about things like SQL queries or table relationships makes it much easier to remember these things.

5) Do mock exams. A lot of mock exams. You can find a few free ones on google. They're so and so.

Hi @ShinsJ ,

I will suggest go through ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (Xanadu) 

Then practice lots of mock tests in different free site , youtube and quizlet etc , paid site udemy etc to check your knowledge. Make sure your answer is correct.

If you can not answer properly, Repeat the fundamental course again.
