Hi @BharatrajN
No, in general many of the mocks out there are known for false / positives - I wouldn't rely on those. Instead, I would advise you to go through the official learning material once again, if you're not sure of the material. This would be your best option.

Hi @BharatrajN
Tips for the CSA Exam (Certified System Administrator)
CSA is the first and foundational exam in your ServiceNow journey. Here are some tips to help you prepare effectively:
-
Study the training material thoroughly – Go through it line by line, word by word, at least 2–3 times.
-
Practice the labs multiple times – Do each lab 3–4 times. Don’t just complete them; carefully read and understand the instructions as well.
-
Follow the official eBook – Review it thoroughly at least 2–3 times to reinforce your understanding.
-
Consider supplementary courses – Some candidates have found Udemy courses helpful for additional practice and clarity.
-
Watch my experience video – I’ve shared my own preparation journey and tips here:

Good luck on your CSA journey!

Hi @BharatrajN , If I was in your place, honestly I wouldn’t waste time searching for mock test websites. The best thing you can do is focus on your basics. Make sure your fundamentals are strong that’s what actually helps in the CSA exam, Also, go through the official training material properly so everything sticks. Do the labs again and understand why you’re doing each step. The eBook is also super useful, so revise that a couple of times too.
The CSA exam is mostly scenario-based, so understanding how things work is more important than memorizing questions.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.
