CSA related

Hello,

 A colleague took the csa exam prior to entering the skillsbridge program. He passed the exam but it is not being recognized and well he has to retake. One would say well the voucher is free so he should just retake and well that voucher could have been used for another cert. What are your thoughts on this?

According to ServiceNow's Q&As regarding NextGen/SkillBridge:

Q: I currently use ServiceNow and love it. Am I eligible for the NextGen program?

A: No. The NextGen program is only available to those new to ServiceNow and the ServiceNow ecosystem. Individuals that have never taken a class or worked on the platform apart from self-initiated free training, are eligible.

So, if your colleague already has his CSA, he shouldn't be in the program.

Is your colleague already in skillsbtidge program.?

The voucher for certain course is only valid for that course. It cannot be used for other certifications.

If your colleague gets another voucher for CSA through skillsbridge, they can use that for Certification.
