CSA Study Guide

Hello,

I'm new to ServiceNow and am in my Journal to be CSA. Do you recommend any tips or helpful videos besides the Udemy one? Thank you!

Hi @avsbeats 

CSA is the first and basic exam in the journey. Tips 

- Please go through training line by line and word by word at least 2-3 times.

- Do all labs 3-4 times, not only do a lab but also read the instructions on how to do the lab.

- Follow the ebook, at least 2-3 times. 

- You can check some Udemy courses ( as heard from others it is good to practice)
