Once you've completed your ServiceNow Admin fundamental course, Practice mock questions.  it will give you idea about the exam . Answer from your own knowledge/concept.

Its been a wonderful thread, will there be any practical task that needs to be performed during the test or is it a complete MCQ model test?

It's purely MCQ based test along with these a few multiple answers select questions will be present.  Please attempt some mocks exams.
