CSA voucher

Hi Everyone,

I have completed all the mandatory learning for to get CSA voucher however one prerequisites not getting completed, I tried to find out the issue but not able to understand can any one please guide me.

In three prerequisite 2 are completed but eligibility for CSA voucher is not getting completed

Hi @NaveenKumaS8817 

If your WebAssessor account was recently linked, it can sometimes take a while for the system to validate your progress. I also experience this delay. If the status doesn't update after some time, I recommend raising a case through the ServiceNow Help Center

What is the pre requisite that is not completed?

It is showing you already completed CSA voucher info, so you might have got the voucher already...

If I remember correctly, you might get the voucher sent over to the associated email as well.

Then you need to create an account in WebAssessor and link this account with your NowLearning profile, and after that you can claim that voucher code in WA.
