Is there a way to redeem expried CSA voucher

Good afternoon,

Vouchers last for a year but there could be a possibility to obtain a one chance voucher for 30 days last action once you escalate properly with the training team, if the voucher was accepted and claimed but it was no used on webassessor, then you could make a possible case creation and request a one time exception to get a voucher that will last for 30 days ONLY !!! This in case you got a medical emergency, family issues, some other personal problems but try to be as honest as possible so the claim could be escalated and validated by Certification team so they can issue a voucher exception for 30 days. If you are asking for other options, they will not be able to help or support you process. No, there is no way to use or redeem the expired voucher. You need to earn it again.
