Validity of voucher is 1 year from the date of issue and you cannot use voucher issued from 2023.
If you are employed with ServiceNow Partner Organization, you can complete on-demand course to get voucher again and redeem for free. If you are employed with Non-Partner Organization, you need to complete on-demand course to get voucher and make payment + taxes to redeem the voucher to appear for exam.
