On September 13th, 2025, I successfully passed my Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam. It was an exciting and intensive journey, and I’m happy to share this milestone here with fellow ServiceNow professionals.

• You can try almost everything for free (except a few advanced features like AI).
• Explore guides, tutorials, blogs, and documentation to learn more.

• Learn admin skills to move into app development.
• Includes 13 short, self-paced modules.

• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM): Best suited for those pursuing roles in consulting or business analysis within IT Service Management.

• Performance Analytics Micro-Certification
  Learn to create KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights. Ideal for roles focused on reporting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

• Integration Hub
  Gain skills in connecting ServiceNow with external systems through pre-built connectors and automation (spokes). Useful for automation and orchestration roles.
