Hello,
Since yesterday 17th of September 2026, my developer instance doesn't open and this is the screenshot I'm getting :
Whe I go to "Manage my instances", my only instance "Zurich" is offline and when I try refreshing it, it stays offline
So I am stuck and cannot advance in my training.
I've enrolled for a new free PDI a few days ago to do a training on ServiceNow and it worked up to yesterday.
Thank you in advance for your help

Hi @anab66
It looks like this is a known issue.
There is no official support for this issue, so it is difficult to say exactly what is causing it or when it will be resolved. At this stage, patience may be the best option while waiting for a fix.
Current status:
- Developer Site: Available
- New PDI provisioning: Paused
- PDI reclaim and wake actions: Paused
- Existing PDIs: Some remain offline
- User action required: None at this time
ServiceNow does not expect any data loss. Affected PDIs are currently hibernating, and the data stored on them is expected to remain available once the instances are restored.
If your PDI is offline, you will need to wait until it becomes available again before accessing your data. No action is currently required.
ServiceNow is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

ahoy @anab66,
it happens here and there to all of us, there's nothing to do but wait. It has been always brought back after some time.
If you need an instance immediately, you can enrol to some SN training (e.g. ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals) and there's a study lab instance available for a few days.
Or you might release the current and request a new instance but it would mean that you lose all your unsaved progress and data. As well as there might be waiting queue to grant a PDI... so it can also takes days to get a new one.
