Our current DR Plan uses the Service Tier for components for the DR plan but it would seem to make sense to use the Recovery Tier that is produced by the BIA. Our recovery tiers do not line up with the service tiers, as Recovery Tier 0 is "always on" since they are redundant in each datacenter. Service Tier 0 has more to do with Business Priority, the recovery dependencies. Our SN team says the Recovery Tier is not directly associated with the service or application so can't be used to generate the PDF for our Enterprise DR Plan. What use is the Recovery Tier value if you can't use it for this function? Is anyone else doing this?
