I have a ServiceNow instance that is running "on premises" and now we are installing some MID Servers on different network locations that don't have direct access to the ServiceNow instance's server network.
This MID Server can access the public url of the instance.
Do we need to create a direct link between the two networks? Can we use a VPN Connection? Should we be able to configure de MID Server and validate it using only the public url of the ServiceNow instance? (we've tried this before and its not working).
When we are installing the MID Server software we get a warning that the MID Server cannot access "install.service-now.com" to be able to perform the upgrade automatically.
Can you please help me with this?
