How to change the text when hovering over instance icon

How do I change the below?

Found the spot to change the text directly below it... but no matter what I seem to change, this will not update.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Please set the system property "glide.banner.image.title" value.

You can try as @Vasantharajan N suggested under sys_properties table. It worked for me.

Unfortunately, that system property does not seem to be what I need to update.  The value in that property was "ServiceNow Home Page" which does not match what is being displayed.  Regardless, I deleted that entry just to see.  There was no change.  If this is the correct property, there seems to be something overwriting it.  Inspect of the element 

glide.product.description is the system property I updated to change the line below "ServiceNow" to reflect our company slogan.  No additional property in that family seems to be appropriate.

In Next Experience Platform UI, Please update the below given properties

1. glide.product.name
2. glide.product.description
