Display Knowledge Article Content in Employee Service Centre

Hello,

 

On one of our ESC pages, we would like to show a Knowledge Article, so that it can display the content of the knowledge article. Using the "KB Article Page" widget, we get the error "article not found" how do I go about getting the article to show?

I've done something similar on the footer using a menu item which links to the KB correctly, and takes you to a page that shows the KB however in this instance I want to use an existing topic page.

Thank you for the quick reply - I have read those articles but I do not believe they fix my issue. 

I want to show the full content of the article on a topic page using the "KB Article Page" widget (if that is the correct widget) but I am not sure how to configure it as there is nowhere that allows me to choose which knowledge article (KB Number) I want to show?

For example, on the page I want the widget to show the article like this:

Are you able to search or see the article normally means without adding in widget? Is ant access issue?
