Email - OAUTH2 with IMAP and SMPT - Token issue

Hi,

i have configured my system with Microsoft 365  Mailbox based on this Article: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0816072

I can authorize my Mailbox and the diagnostics is saying that the connection is successfull:

Tokens are generated - (i do not really know why i have 6 tokens here)

The problem is that the access token wont refresh.

I see the following message in the log:

I deleted all the tokes, reauthorized the email accounts and the credential, but the issue is still the same.

The scheduled job has not been touched, running under admin with admin role.

Any Idea what could be the cause of the issue?

 

The system is up to date.

no, the topic is still open. I have the latest version, so the KB article is not relevant anymore - it has been fixed in Utah Patch 1.
