emails not making it to gmail

we've recently started getting complains from our customer service reps that customers are not receiving emails from servicenow. this is new and was working fine in the past. we do spoof our outgoing emails but have had the spf records in place forever. anyone else recently see any issues like this? email logs show email processed and sent. no bounce backs at all from gmail complaining. just nothing in the gmail inbox(or spam etc), nothing. getting reports for hotmail and yahoo. i couldn't replicate the hotmail issue though.

Did you try adding gmail.com under the Domains in email properties module?

Hi there,
Have experienced kind of similar at a customer. Part of google going fine, part not. No signal at ServiceNow side, only from receivers. But also at that customer... spoofing, which obviously is very very very bad practice.
