Empty fields when exporting report to excel. ServiceNow Rome

Hi,

 

I have created a report and it shows everything I need in Service Now itself, however when I export the report to an excel document multiple records are missing data in the Assigned To field even though the record is assigned to someone. Data is being pulled from the asmt_metric_results table.

Crazy!

The only thing I can think of is that the user record for Adam Niccolini is messed up.

Try creating a dummy incident. Set the Assigned To field as Adam Niccolini.

Then export the incident to excel keeping the Assigned To column in the list.

 

Does the Adam show up in the excel sheet?

He does show up later in the report and it is not just him that is effected either. I only added a snippet of the report there are about 90-100 rows missing this field with a few different names.
