Hello Community,
Can you please assist me with configuring the email and push notifications related to Knowledge Management.
For context, I made a video explaining my experience along with my confusion and expectations.

In terms of notifications, I listed who the recipients should be, and what types of notifications I would like triggered.
Recipient(s): Knowledge Base Owner, Knowledge Manager(s), Author, Contributors, and Ownership group.
Notification(s)
1. Flagged Article
2. Article Comment
3. Approval (Publish/Retire)
I thought that these types of notifications were standard, but it does not appear that way.

Hi xavier,
1. Flagged Article:
By default there is no OOB email notification present that will trigger email whenever the Knowledge is Flagged. But you can achieve this by creating a new Email notification following the below steps.
1. Navigate to System Notification-->Email-->Notifications and create a new one as per below screenshot.
2. Set the Author as the recipient of the email as of below.
3. Provide your required Subject line and Email body under 'What it will contain' tab.
2. Article Comment:
there are OOB notification " KM Subscription: Article commented" search this name in notification and modified it and add recipient as per your requirement
3. Approval (Publish/Retire):
there is also OOB Notification you can modified it as per your requirement.
- KM: Approve article for publishing
- KM: Article approved for publish
- KM: Article rejected for publish
