Hi @RogerAristB

Yes, mate! As a ServiceNow trainer, I’m happy to guide you. Here's what I recommend:

eBook is your single and best source of truth.
📖 Go through the eBook 3–4 times, word by word, and do the labs 2–3 times, carefully reading each step.
Start your revision at least a week before the exam.
🗓️ Study one chapter and its labs daily — no need to rush.
📚 On the day of the exam, relax and revise your personal notes, if you’ve made any.

🚫 Don’t rely on dumps or random practice questions.
They can confuse you more when answers don’t align with what you’ve studied. If you still want to refer to them, make sure to cross-check every answer with the eBook.

Hi @RogerAristB ,

Although reading Ebook 2-3 time is sufficient to prepare for Exam but if still you want - Search CSA Quizlets in gogole and you can just practice on those. Although few answers may not be correct so you need to check answers on your own but you will get an idea what kind of questions will be coming in the exam. Don't rely much on Dumps as answers may or may not correct.

If my answer helped you in anyways, please mark it- solution accepted.
