I have just finished the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals/CSA course and at the end of thebook and the end of the course it says to register for the exam. Should I do that now, or go through the rest of the "Associate" course and begin the "Proffesional" course up to the point where getting the credential is required?

Hi @markcbasile,

just wait until 18th November and then go to the My Exams tab (currently unavailable). There's a transition between the vendor responsible for examination...

Hi @markcbasile

Go ahead with the CSA exam.

The CSA certification and the system admin "career journey" are two different things. Getting CSA certified is one element of completing the "journey". From a career development perspective, the CSA is by far the most important first step to complete.

Getting the slot for the exam is sometimes difficult, so check it out and see if you can find an early slot and finish the exam.
