Hi @Aaronhdz
Greetings!!
Go through the e-book word by word and line by line at least 3-4 times
do the labs 2-3 times, read the instructions in same and then perform.
and then you all set.
Please go through the study guide for latest release.
You can check examtopics.com site , but don't assume answers are correct.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hello @Aaronhdz ,
Focus on the exam study guide and the content of the course. Please do hands on in PDI.
It will take 10-20 days (depending on the individual) to complete the training and the preparation for the exam.
you can handle the some documention like:
1)servicenow official documentation
2)servicenw fundamental
3)Hands-on Practice
4)Sample Exams and Practice Tests
5)Community and Forums
so likewise you have handle regurly servicenow website for update or changes to the certification exam content.
You can refer Quizlet link:https://quizlet.com/search?query=servicenow-certified-system-administrator&type=all
If my answer is helpful please mark it as helpful or correct!!

Hi @Aaronhdz ,
Hands on is a key aspect. Grab your PDI from developer.service-now.com and playaround with it
Documentations, ebook and learning path is good to start with but ensure you do the simulator in Now learning and get hands on in the instance before you attempt the exam.
It will not only help you in the exam but in the longer run as well.
If your organization has Udemy access, you can try mock tests there and a lot of youtube channels that provide mock questions which can help you face the examination better. But be mindful of the answers sometimes they might not be right.
You can try classmarkers and quizlet to get an idea of the questions as well.
Please mark helpful and accept as solution if this helped.
Thanks,
Mahathi
