Exclusion lists for Trend Micro agent on RHEL server that hosts ServiceNow App services.
I had a case with ServiceNow and they saw in the logs that Trendmicro was used.
Sometimes we have had to turn off the agent during installs.
But because the case was a troubleshooting of new upgrade they brought up the A/V could be an issue.
Most of the info I get from web search is specific to Mid servers not self-hosted on-premise.
I could guess based on my understanding like exclude /glide and java but I am looking for the actual info as this is secure environment.
