Hi @Pushpendra98 ,

  1. Complete the CSA (Certified system Administrator)  - https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/academic-partnership-certified-system-administra...

  2. Take use cases and try to set them up in your PDI.

  3. I would also recommend that you take the System Platform Implementation course -https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/servicenow-platform-implementation-on-demand?id=...

  4. Along with the CAD certification - https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&achievement_i...

  5. These are your credentials however, you should also work on a few projects to expand your scope (understand the platform, scripting, use cases...)

  6. Expert level is always a journey😊

Hope this helps!
