Exporting a Report in XLSX or CSV format

I created some list reports under All> Reports and would like to export the results to XLSX or CSV format. But the only option available is "Export to PDF". Is there a setting that controls the availability of these options? If so, where can I configure it?

Does anyone have the same issue in 2025? Is it true that the new reporting module does not allow to export reports to CSV, nor schedule them to CSV or is the functionality somehow hidden or available only to admins?
