If you're starting in the Enterprise Architecture space in ServiceNow, a good entry point is the Application Portfolio Management (APM) module. It's the foundation for understanding applications, cost, lifecycle, and alignment with business capabilities. From there, you can gradually move into Business Capability Mapping, Technology Portfolio Management, and then explore ITBM/Strategic Portfolio Management modules like Demand, Project, and Resource Management.
