We received a request from user to send their scheduled reports every 7:15AM and 5:00PM daily.

Hi @Vengeful,
I don’t think you can configure both in same schedule. You may need to create two separate schedules.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you.

there are 2 ways to handle this
1) Approach 1 - create 2 separate scheduled reports 1 for 7.15am and 1 for 5pm
OR
2) Approach 2 - in same scheduled report run it every 15mins and check what's the current time, this approach is not recommended as the report will keep checking every 15mins and will cause performance issue
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Vengeful ,
The best approach is to create two different schedules, as @Ankur Bawiskar already mentioned, it's not best practice to check for the time every 15 min.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards
