Getting invalid credential error while creating a clone request

Hi Community,

I am trying to create a clone request in my instance but while providing the credential for target instance it is giving error with invalid credentials. I have updated the credentials (password) many times but it still gives the error of it being invalid. Any inputs on this?

Can u confirm if there is MFA configured (property is active) for ur instance for which u trying to create the clone request for?

Hi @SnowUserDev ,

In ur target instance type multi factor in the navigation filter u will be able to see a module where it will show u the property open that n see whether the MFA is checked or not if checked uncheck it n try raising the clone request again.

I disabled the MFA property in target instance n raised it it worked. Thanks for ur help
