In our environment we have multiple development groups, developing across both Scoped and global applications. I am trying to develop a methodology that keeps us from having to give developers full admin privileges. I am curious if anyone else has successfully accomplished this?
I believe I am making good progress, but one area I am stuck is with Flow Designer. I have setup my development group with delegated developer role. I have added the group to a collaboration descriptor against the global application as editor. When the developers fire up flow designer they can see all the scoped applications but not the global application. Has anyone found a way to present the global application?
