Hey!
I just upgraded a DEV instance for a customer but the Global Search is not working as expected, the main problem is that the global search gives you the opportunity to select in which workspace or app make the research, before the upgrade I was able to make it in the Global and CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace (I'll attach the screenshot), but after the upgrade (from San Diego to Utah) the global search by default only let me make the research in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, and I need to have the option for the users to look for other things in the Global scope.
I've been looking in documentation, changing the JSON in some related lists for the Experience module, but is not working anyway.
It would be great if someone has a way to work with it or the last chance is to reach out with HI.
It can take the options
Does not show the options and by default force the CSM/FSM workspace

Hello Angel,
I have had the same situation with my customer. First you need to migrate Zing to AI search New Experience. Then there is table "sys_ux_page_property" which contains the search choices you see in your screenshot. If you want to, you can get rid of the CSM/FDM search option and have "Global" only
For the migration, please raise a ticket to HIportal, they will lead you through the process. You might also need them if plugin used for the migration cannot be activated in your instance (that happened to me). Otherwise documentation teaches the same.

For this the need to follow the migration process, from Zing to AI Search. I tried but it did not work for me , so reset my instance. You will get a full length steps in SN docs.
Please mark my answer helpful /accept solution if it serves the purpose.
