Hi Everyone!
I have installed a csm plugin "com.sn_customerservice" and i have the role of "sn_shn_admin" but I am unable to view Guided setup( All> Customer Service > Administration > Guided Setup). When i try go open this page i got a popular error saying - "security constraints prevent veiwing the page".
I even tried to elevate my role to security admin but it didn't helped either.
Kindly guide me

Good evening!
Thanks for your response and the useful link.
I opened the ACL Security List and opened the record of gsw_content and opened the EDIT page option using elevated role but i did not made any changes in the page or my access
However to my surprise i was able to open the Guided setup page.
The part i didn't understood is what change does the "opening of ACL Security List and the record of gsw_content" brought to my access in order to get it fixed.
