Has anyone had load Issues using their instance via a browser on an iPad that is using a SIM card?

We are having loading issues on our instance utilising an iPad when connected via a SIM. We are just using a browser not a mobile app. 

 

When we connect the iPads to the Wifi it works perfectly. Hotspot to the iPad, no issues. I have connected utilising my phone, no issues. Desktop works fine.

 

So we are ruling out it being a ServiceNow issue.  The iPads have 2 different providers (Optus/Telstra) on 2 different networks (4g/5g) but experiencing the same issue. We are puzzled. 

 

Has anyone experienced something similar before?
