I would like to monitor how many REQs are assigned per team and per person and I would like to add that to my dashboard. But I do not know how to do it.

Hi @Red_Scarlet
The request is never assigned to an individual. Instead, the RITM (Request Item) is linked to a Service Catalog task, which is assigned to both a user and a team. From here, you can create a report.
-
Go to Data Visualization.
-
Click on "New."
-
Select "Table Catalog Task."
-
Click "Add."
-
Change the name as needed.
-
Save.
-
Afterward, click "Add to Dashboard."
