The upgrade schedule will be determined 90 days before the family version is no longer supported and may be rescheduled.

How long can this be changed (extended)?
If possible, please also tell us how long a period of time can be extended per change.

Hi,
You have to request an extension, see the email notification you received about the upgrade. Log in to the Support portal, and you should have links there on Open Change Requests for the upgrade, and comment on those.
