How long it will take generally to prepare for CSA

Hi @sasmitalenka 

 

If you have hands-on experience it take 2-3 months else 5-6 months is good time

 

 

CSA is the first and basic exam in journey. Tips 

- Please go through training line by lien and word by word at least 2-3 times.

- Do all labs 3-4 times, not only do lab, read the instructions how to do lab.

- Follow the ebook, at least 2-3 times. 

- You can check some Udmey course ( as heard from others it is good to practice)

Hi @sasmitalenka, I can say 6 months of hand-on experience in ServiceNow platform is good to have.

 

1. Read the ServiceNow documentation, watch tutorial videos, and explore the platform to get a better understanding of its capabilities.


2. Take an assessments in ServiceNow.

3. Try to practice as much as you can in the personal Dev ServiceNow instance.
